Kristine said her initial visit was kind of awkward and not welcoming. She could not leave her vehicle because she arrived too late to have it serviced. The person who greeted her the next day was more pleasant, which was nice.
Denise said the work provided was excellent, but the manager was awful because he was very rude and had no customer service. However, the other guys who work there were good and actually tried to attend to the situation. She mentioned she plans to write a letter to the corporate office of this business to discuss this experience. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
Jessica said it took a little long for this business to get a hold of her.

Latanya said the owner was more than affable. Her vehicle broke down in a parking lot, and he did not ask a bunch of questions. He fixed her vehicle for a decent price and in an expedient manner.
