30day warranty coverage
Problems and concerns were acknowledged. It is a used car. Service was longer than expected and communication could have been better , however, all concerns were addressed and resolved as of the pickup. Will reply as needed but overall good experience so far. Thank you Bill

Quick And Reasonable
I needed new stickers after my windshield got broken. Hershey Motors, my go to garage, had me out of their shop in less than ten minutes. I thought it was going to be a big deal and they just made it smooth!

Delusional mechanics
Last year I had my harmonic balancer replaced on my 2012 Corvette and in order to that they had to remove the steering rack ,before I bought my car up,I checked fluids. It was low on steering fluid, so I looked to see why and noticed fluid leaking from hardline connections, when I arrived, I brought it to the attention of the mechanics, which was very obvious, but I got push back from them,I dropped it off when it was raining the next day I was not notified until I showed up to check on the progress, Jean the manager told me the mechanic said there's no leak. It was rainwater that made it look wet. The last time I checked water is not black and oil residue is black he told me there's no oil leaking from underneath the car. I proceeded to tell him I had to fill the reservoir it's leaking. He proceeded to say that's what they're telling me,I said never mind. I will take it somewhere else cause obviously the mechanics either didn't wanna admit to their mistakes or their not capable of dealing with the issue. Either way, very unsatisfied I won't be back.

Excellent as Always!
Had a nail buried in my tire which caused a flat. Bill put a new tire on and got me back behind the driving wheel, as a patch was no longer an option due to the damaged tire. As always, Bill fixed it quickly and with a smile! Thank you!
