Good car, terrible dealer experience!
I purchased a new Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium from Henderson Hyundai on New Years Eve. I paid for the car and did not finance it. I was pressured to purchase the extended warranty but refused. I was lied to numerous times I was sold “extras” that I didn’t want but was forced to pay for even though I never received some of them. These underhanded sales techniques are a sign of an unscrupulous business. I like the car but I will never buy or recommend this business to anyone ever! Please stay away!
