I really wanted to have a good experience with Hayden Cars, but the customer service after my purchase has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had to take my truck back multiple times for the same issue, and each visit ended with promises of follow-up that never actually happened. No one ever called me with updates, and I constantly had to reach out just to get basic information about what was going on.
Each time felt like getting the runaround. I received no updates during or after the service appointments, and they never provided any service records to show what work was actually done. For all I know, they could have just cleared the code and sent me on my way.
At one point, the owner tried to relate to our frustration by telling us about how another dealership had “screwed him over” — but honestly, it felt like we were getting the same treatment. When we called ahead to pick up our truck (after driving an hour to get there), the new staff didn’t know what was going on, didn’t know where our keys were, and couldn’t answer a single question.
If you want quality service and accountability, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
