Awesome job! I had to get my daughter to the airport & I had a nail in my tire - we didn’t have an appointment- we walked in - they fixed it right away & 15 minutes later we were on the road! Thank you!

emergency repair
My car started shaking and not accelerating smoothly. Drove immediately to H&R and explained the problem. It took a little while to get parts (1996 RAV 4) but they got to work on it as quickly as possible (they had other jobs already scheduled ahead of me) and it's working great again. I always trust that H&R will do a good job.

My daughter had a major repair with her Subaru. They kept her informed. The repair was done in a timely fashion. The bill was about $1200 less than the Subaru dealership quoted her.

Jumped the car but didn't diagnose the issue
They were good about coming out a jumping my car, but neglected to test the battery. The next day my car died again and they came out and I had to ask them to test it, but it didn't have enough charge to test it and they had me go to the auto store. Ultimately ended up at the auto repair shop on day 3 of this, wish they had tested the battery or sent me to get it checked elsewhere on day one.

Quick, Friendly, and Reliable
I thought I had called ahead a few days prior to have my car looked at when my check engine light came on, only to find that I had called the wrong facility. Even then, the gentleman of the counter was still able to take a look at my car, he was friendly, the office dog had a wagging tail, and then not only looked over the details I asked for, but they also give me an anticipated price when I dropped off the keys, told me they would call and ask permission if they needed to do more, and was finished with everything I asked for in 2 hours. Thank you for seeing my little Fit on such short notice!

The people who I talked to on the phone were incredibly helpful and amazing with getting back to me on time. And the tow truck driver who picked up my Kia Sorento was very friendly, professional, and super cute, so his smile made the experience better. :))

AAA Member Tow
I called AAA to have a battery jump and it turned into some other issues. Justin came out did the initial check and the tow to my mechanic. A+ thank you! H&R was great to deal with.
