Spoke with Lou. Lou said she really enjoys them. She likes the convenience. The way they try to accommodate them. They bent over backwards for them. Connie is super. She explains everything. Before they do anything they give her a call. They go above and beyond to treat her right.

Personal attention is good
I thought that I need new tires and the belts were bad in the tires, after spending over $900 on tires and alignment the truck was still having the same problem. After inspection the truck further, a U Joint was loose so it was replaced. I am not convinced that I needed tires right now, maybe in a few months but not right now. Pricing on replacing the U joint appeared to be good.
