Always good
Luke will always take good care of you. my little brother. He’s about the only mechanic that I know that will not rip you off. And try and sell you something that you don’t need. He get you in and he get you out. I was there for about 45 minutes this morning.

Best diagnostic team with honest answers and reliable prioritization to the careful consideration in preserving your auto investments. This generational shop is up to technical date with the ‘old school’ ethics of your Dad’s favorite shop‼️Mark up is at a minimum, as to pride of craft, is a mainstay still! So loyal are customer's, it could take two days to get an appointment, but so worth it in correct and reliable resolves.

Truck repair
I discovered Giles Auto from social media. My first experience with this auto repair shop was very satisfying. Although I have an older vehicle, the gentleman who owns the shop didn't have a problem with that and really fixed my problem. That's what won me over; they didn't put a band aid on the problem, but FIXED it. Thanks to Giles Auto my vehicle is performing wonderfully!!

I dropped my car off with no appt. They took me as I wanted my car checked over. Called me what I needed they took care of it and I picked car up at 430. They explained what I’ll be needing to do next time.

The experience I encountered with Giles Custom Automotive was awesome.
I called and they said to bring it in and they will check my vehicle out. Once I arrived he knew exactly who I was from our phone conversation. Being new to the area I was in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Patiently explaining the process and assured me they will take great care of me. I highly recommend them and will be trusting for any future needs.
