Called for late minute Oil Change
I called to see if they were able to do a last minute oil change for me. They confirmed that I wanted it done same day after I called them at around 10:00 a.m. and they told me to bring the car in and they'd have it done by 4:30. I live right around the corner and my husband walked to go get the car he was a couple of minutes late, but luckily an employee called at 4:31 to remind me that the car needed to be picked up. Always a good experience here.

Luke finds the silver lining to every repair...let no one else near your vehicle
Well, can't say enough great comments for Luke, his crew and shop...Giles Automotive is the standard for best businesses. All knowing from years of experience and up to date takes on auto industry. Only glitch is you will find yourself longing to be his BFF..super insperational individual, however your vehicle gets BFF treatment regardless, everytime he is needed, which is infrequent because his dinogstic mind is on target, honest and efficient saving time and $.

Trust worthy and prompt service
Long story short I have 2 teenage kids who had car trouble. First one transmission lite was coming on and wasn’t starting all the time. The shop had me bring right over even though they were ready to close for the day. Diagnosed the problem n fixed it. Next day my son’s truck broke down. They not only told me they could take a look at it but provided a tow company they work with. The guys were always in communication with me with their next steps. I would rate them 100 stars if I could. I will definitely recommend this shop to others!!! Thank u, Brenda Locke
