I have been dealing with this dealership over 7 years as a customer. I couldn't ask for a better team to assist me in my maintenance needs. I have since became an employee of this company in my retirement. The new Service Manager Don is not the right fit for this company. They (Gettel) needs to reassess who the put in charge of the service division. He is toxic to the company. I myself have been a service manager for over 15 years. This man is not a service manager and is causing chaos within this organization. I will say the new Lane Manager Ryan was a great decision, he is a huge asset to the company

Took advantage of my 89 yr old mother
The sales manager, Jorge Arrazola told my elderly mother who is on a fixed income that if she turned in her lease within a week she would only have a $500 fee and it would be complete.
She went to great lengths & expense to have someone quickly drive her Indiana car down to her in Florida so she would have another car to drive and could make the agreed upon deadline.
When she came back within the week, he told her the offer was no longer good and it would now cost her $2600.
She cried in his office and he gave her another option to buy it outright for $16K. Disgusting. Dont give them your money!

I don’t believe the previous positive reviews!!
We brought our car in for a scheduled service on May 9th. Our AC wasn’t working properly. Today is May 25 and we still don’t have our car back.

We were thinking about purchasing a Genesis, but we’ll likely go with a Lexus. STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI CARS! Both service centers at Lakewood and Sarasota are HORRIBLE!

Melissa Bonner was very apologetic to me for my dissatisfaction I had with my latest service. Assured me that she would make sure this doesn’t happen to me or any other customer by going over the problem with sign in techs at weekly meetings.
