Excellent People
I was stranded in Madison 75 miles from home, with a broken starter motor.
Genin’s let me use a loaner car while they replaced the starter.
The final bill was substantially less than I anticipated.
The staff is AWESOME!! Very pleasant, and patient with my questions.

Efficient, organized, friendly.
Genin’s vehicle inspection found a weak battery, which they subsequently replaced.
No muss, no fuss.

A tire which they sold me picked up a screw in the sidewall.
They went to bat for me and got warranty reimbursement from the tire company district rep!
All good!

My alternator died not too long after a new won was installed.
Genin's replaced a new one for free as the other one was under warranty! They were swamped with work, but managed to have it ready for pick up the very next day!

Brakes with a smile
I have been a regular customer at Genin's Autocare for a few years now. I have several cars and they do regular maintenance and put in extra effort to take care of the little things.

My latest experience was a complete (F&B) brake replacement. As always, it was done right, in a timely manner. The little things that make Genin's different is they noticed the key fob battery was expired, so they asked if they could replace it (no charge).

They also provide after hours drop off and pick up. While other service companies also provide the service, it is not common. Finally,, they always have a free loaner, if needed. It is the little extras that make Genin's a great local service. Thanks.

My first appointment and everything was outstanding.

Lube, oil, filter. Replace wiper blades. Repair a tire with a screw in it.

Totally inspected the auto.
