Good product. Bad dealership.
The vehicle is all it was promised to be although it came with loose weatherstripping at the base of the windshield and the sensor to operate the passenger door was inoperable.
Every human associated with my purchase from the salesperson who rushed through the process without accompanying on the test and orientation drive or providing a thorough orientation to the features to the general manager who invited me in to discuss my issues and then brushed me off without hearing me out or even looking at me, all were unprofessional and unresponsive.

Best car buying experience!
Genesis of Westlake is incredible! The first time I walked in there I explained that I was just looking! I didn’t know what I wanted in my next car so I was just inquiring about the Genesis. They took the time to show me several different cars and allowed me to test drive a few.There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever which I appreciated immensely. I shopped for weeks looking at different cars and came back to Genesis of Westlake. It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Jason was amazing and I definitely will recommend him to everyone!
