No loyalty to long time c

On 4/13/2021 I leased a G80 2021 at that time there were no Customer Loyalty Programs only to fine out 60 days later there was a $1000.00 offer for loyal customers and I have been buying/leasing since 1996 ( 13 Cars / SUV's).Called Genesis about it and was told to call Atlantic and explain to them why I felt I should be able to receive the Loyalty Program. Called today and I was told no, they could do nothing and was told to call Genesis back and I got nowhere with them also, so after 25 years I guess you are not a loyal customer, you are treated like a first time buyer. I'am very disappointed, time to fine a new dealer / brand.
