The building is very nice and well maintained. We drove from San Antonio to look at a particular vehicle. The Sales associate was polite. Some of the answers to my questions were not as accurate as I would have liked. I had some questions about the origin of the vehicle. I know the vehicle transferred from another dealership in the Penske Group right down the street.
We were also shown some original sticker price. When I asked the definition of MSRP and how that particular number was reached, my Sales Associate stated he did not know. We were told how much the dealership had invested in the vehicle, but no documentation was offered or provided to verify that particular information.
I made an initial offer, received one counter-price, made another offer which was about $1000 below the "drive-out" price but that was not accepted. We were told the best the dealership could do was $250 below the original stated acceptable "drive-out" price. Unfortunate.
