Love my Genesis
We’ve had many car leading up to our buying the Genesis SUV. Nothing can compare to this car. Not in looks or the driving experience. It handles beautifully and the safety measures are number 1. Wherever we go, someone compliments us on this car. We come out and people are always looking at it and asking questions about it.

The only problem, my wife wants to drive it al, the time.?

Disappointing experience
First time trying your dealership and it was not the Genesis experience I expected. I planned to schedule a service appointment for my 2019 G70 still under the warranty period. I requested a loaner as I have done at other dealerships and was advised you don’t do loaners for routine service. Had I used the concierge service I would have had a loaner so I don’t understand the difference. If I’d been advised no loaner was available that day I certainly would have understood but not this blanket policy. Nevertheless we are a two Genesis family and I’ll take my business down the road.

My pretty blue Genesis was picked up in a vey timely manner. The necessary maintenance completed and car returned returned to me even a bit before promised. Both gentlemen were quite good-humored despite both the surging heat wave and pandemic. Thank you, Lyndon !
