WANTING TO BUY A GENESIS GV80 OR GV70
I contacted this Dealership on Friday. I called twice the evening, was placed on hold for a few minutes. I understood this, salesman are busy. I received a call back from someone named Joe. We spoke for a while about a GV70. He convinced me the GV70 would work and the had one in stock listed at $57,000. I made an appt to drive down from Lynchburg Va. Approximately 2hrs. My wife and I got there, Joe was with another Customer, I understood that, so I Derek helped me. He was a super nice Guy. I found out that Joe was still busy and GM had the white GV70 I was interested in and he wasn't coming in that day. EVERONES TIME IS VALUABLE ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER. IT WOUKD HAVE BEEN NICE HAD SOMEONE CALLED ME BEFORE TAKING THIS LONG DRIVE...I then called and left a message with Derek before leaving NC and text Joe back at the number given. 336 539 2677. GREAT looking Dealership, but UNProfessional when it comes to COMMUNICATING!

Problem corrected
Capital Genesis was very quick to correct the problem with my wife’s G80. Corporate Genesis was quick to handle my wife’s G80 to be taken to Capital Genesis by auto towing service. Thanks to all involved

Professional and Friendly
The staff and service advisor were professional and friendly. If you do plan to wait at the dealership due to there being no loaner available, and your not familiar with the Greensboro area I would suggest having a place in mind to go to as they do have a convenient shuttle that will drop you off as well as pick you up from wherever you select in the area to past the time while your cars being serviced.

The service staff was Professional and friendly. Be prepared to wait at this dealership if you do not have a ride or a particular place to go to in Greensboro as they do have shuttle that will drop off/ pick you up from wherever your at.

Great staff- ancient property.
If you’re looking for a Genesis, you’ll have about 6 to choose from here. Save the trip and go to Charlotte. Exceptional service and staff but ancient property that does not hold a candle to any of Genesis competitors. Would you buy a brand new BMW at a flea market?
