Great customer service!
I highly recommend!! Brought my mom’s car in for service. I drove in from NOLA because this location is closer to my mom. Initially there was a mixup with the appt we scheduled online and I was given contact info for Liz. I reached out on a Saturday evening. She wasn’t even working that day but she responded and rectified the situation quickly! Liz did a great job at facilitating a very smooth transaction. She went above the call of duty! From an immediate response on her day off, to working around my schedule to get another appt ASAP, to setting up the rental car being available so I didn’t have to wait, to having service done quicker and cheaper than originally discussed.. all while keeping me up to date on the process. This was my first time visiting but will not be my last. Best customer service I’ve had! I highly recommend!!
