Ask for Ravon Alexander, he is the BEST! He is amazing he made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond for us - even came in on his day off to assist us! This was the easiest dealership to work with. They were NOT pushy, just helpful - they listened and answered all of our questions. Sent pictures and video! The entire experience was a pleasure. Easy From Start to Finish!
We had probably the easiest experience we've ever experienced buying a car thanks to everyone at Genesis of Edmond. Kyle and Matthew were so helpful and answered all of our questions. They weren't pushy and wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. Every employee we talked to there was very friendly and made us feel right at home. I love my Genesis and I would recommend Genesis of Edmond to everyone looking to buy a new car.

Very pleasant experience. We love the car!
Customer Service at Genesis of Edmond was excellent. Agent was very considerate of our wishes and was successful in finding the perfect car for us. He was also very helpful in explaining and demonstrating all the details and functions on the car. We did not have to banter back and forth on the price. Discounts available were offered up front and a reasonable, acceptable price was agreed upon very quickly.

Everyone is great
Love the guys there, Antonio Newton is a great guy and sales man, and Patrick Harrington is great at explaining things and very passionate even despite my original sale not being finished till after closing. I unfortunately do not remember the other 3 that helped me by name, but they were all fantastic and understanding of what I wanted and worked with me to get something that worked a best as it could for everyone.

Terrible customer service after purchase. Was shipped a flawed vehicle, and the dealer won't help
I live in Colorado. I purchased a vehicle from Genesis of Edmund because it had the colors and options I wanted, and they were willing to ship it to me for free. The vehicle arrived with a paint flaw. It's a minor flaw, and hard to see, but in the right light, it'll drive you nuts. I was told by the dealership that it would be covered under warranty. After several month of going back and forth with Genesis directly, the warranty claim was denied as external damage as there is a small indention next to the flaw.
I went back to the dealership to try and get the issue resolved. They are offering no support, and now ghosting me.
They are refusing to help claiming that the flaw is "Nothing we caused". I have a presale video sent to me by the salesman before I purchased it. This video was taken before the car was shipped to me. You can see the flaw in the video. It's small and difficult to visualize without additional images, but it's there.

I don't understand how a dealership can sell a $70K car and offer zero support after the fact.

Kudos to Genesis of Edmond!
I can't say enough good things about Genesis of Edmond and Sam Asselah after my recent purchase of a 2024 GV80. I am a diehard Escalade owner who just decided to downsize to a midsize SUV. I deliberated for a year or so about it and decided to check out the Genesis brand. I stalked Sam for probably 9 months before I bit the bullet and bought a car. I joked that we were dating because I called, visited and emailed him so much about various cars. I live out of town, so he sent me narrated videos every time he received a car, he thought I would like! He was the most patient salesman I have even encountered. He was also the most knowledgeable, informative, helpful and kind salesperson I have ever dealt with. He made buying a car easy for a recent widow who I am sure he thought would never buy a car! Everyone at the dealership was great to deal with from the receptionist to the finance department. I also had the opportunity to visit another Genesis dealership during my search. They could have cared less that I was there! I looked at the most expensive car on the lot, told them that I was interested in it and asked for information on it. I never received the information. I had to call back 2 weeks later to get the information!!! Needless to say I did not buy it. I did end up buying the same car from Genesis of Edmond, but the 2024 model. They will treat you right. I am impressed with the Genesis brand so far. I am excited for the new freestanding dealership to be completed. Go see Sam. He will take good care of you!

The Genesis G90, to me, is head and shoulders above the rest to include Mercedes and BMW. Just as good for a better and lower price. KEEP IT UP GENESIS!!!!! The staff of Genesis of Edmond were great. No pressure to buy!!!
