Open the Genesis Customer Lounge
All customers are made to sit in a small Hyundai customer lounge now. All the talk about Genesis owners having upgrade treatment…haven’t seen it since buying a new GV80. Looking at getting a second car now but we need to see action not words!! The employees at the service desk told us they don’t do valet service and that was a big reason we bought Genesis over BMW. Now the Genesis Service needs to be educated.
