Service of vehicle
This was my first time servicing my vehicle, although the ease of having them pickup my car and bring me a rental for the day was nice, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of my rental car. It was dirty, dusty, and even had an unwrapped piece of candy in the door in the backseat.

I am sorry to hear your service experiance was not exceptional.  We are creating new processes to ensure the loaner vhicles are cleaned and inspected before delivery.
