Worst experience for a luxury line
Not a good expereience. Initial appointment was not kept oo the agreed upon time (they saidthey were busy - ?). Dealys with delivery. Car arrived at the dealership's storage lot Friday/Saturday. By Monday it was gone to service department. Was supposed to be dleivered Friday and then the preceding Thursday I ws notified it would ot be delivered duue to a recall (2023 GV80 - ?)
I was then told I was free to take my bsiness elsewhere. Am waiting for arfund of my deposit. A day leter the dealer ran a credit iinquiry followed by another by Hyundai Capital despite the cancelation costiing me credit scotr points. Hyundai Corp of America has been contacted and have assisted me with locating a vehiicle on another dealer - althoguht its an hour away. google their service deartmnet reviews and you'll see there are issues!
