Routine service
I have a 2022 Genesis GV80. I went to the Amherst location to get my very first oil change. I will given a receipt that said my tiers where rotated and oil was changed alone with the filter. Being that my driver side rear tire had a nail in it (was repaired) and the passenger front tier was replaced. I was expecting that my issue were going to be fixed and to monitor the opposite side in case I notice a tier losing air. The following day I continued my daily routine which is washing and hand drying my car by hand. I noticed that the tiers weren’t rotated so I went to check my receipt. I was given a receipt saying that they were. This facility has lied to me on more than one occasion therefor I rate them with a 1 and wish I could give a 0. I paid to much money for this vehicle to be treated with no respect.
Also, to add to injury my wife and I went back to Purchase a 2021 Lexus RX350 from a sales rep name Gordon. Gordon is very rude and does not need to be a representation of them company. I had to reach out to corporate because of his continued behavior and rudeness. He was disciplined and I was given a new sales rep to close out the sale. If my wife didn’t want to car as bad as she did I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Our experiences with this facility has not been the greatest. Although I will say that I’ve been to other facilities and the sales reps were great. Our only issue was they didn’t have the particular vehicles that we wanted to Purchase so we settle for this facility
