Very poor service
The appointment was a disaster. Wait time over 2 hrs, when making appointments did not offer valet. Which should they should always do., but never have . This location is the worst. When in Florida for 6 month they offer first class service.

Recall service appointment
The work done was satisfactory but the service department needs to show more interest to owners who come in for service. They should be greeted by someone immediately. I had to wait to be acknowledged by someone and I witnessed other customers waiting longer than I had to wait before being acknowledged.

Grinding Brake noise . Vehicle repaired in one day with complete service report. Easy night drop off and late Pickup all very smooth.
I was contacted several times during service with updates.

Made up stuff to avoid warranty repairs.
Needed a number of issues resolved that Genesis owner forums confirmed is covered under warranty, but warned that dealers will play stupid in order to avoid doing the work. Genesis of Akron played stupid and made up things to avoid $6K in warranty repair work. Selling my Genesis and never coming back to this dealer or the brand.

Lost or Stolen Music microphone
If you are not able to find my equipment, please replace it. You were responsible to bring my vehicle and it’s contents back repaired and in tact. This is a real inconvenience to me and our music group.
