Irvin said the staff at this business did a great job with his vehicles. They rebuilt his whole front end on his vehicle, and it was a lot less expensive than his competitors. He will always go here for service.

Quick & friendly service
In times past, I would get anxious every time I went to get work done on my car, even if it was just an oil change. I didn't trust the place I went to try and sell me something that I didn't need. I don't have that problem since I have been going to Gateway Automotive on the south side of Indianapolis with Rusty Mobley. I trust him completely!!!!

Quick & friendly service
I'm a single female that knows nothing about cars. In times past I hated going to get an oil change or have my car worked on because the place I used to go to tried to sell you anything and everything when you didn't need the work. I have peace of mind when going to Gateway. I know that my car is going to be fixed right in a timely manner and that I'm not going to be pressured into having work done that doesn't need to be done. Highly recommend!
The service has always been great. Rusty goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. I had an issue with my Jeep. He not only squeezed me in the next day for an appointment but also expedited the repairs the same day so I would have my Jeep fixed before the Labor Day weekend since I needed my vehicle for travel that weekend. I highly recommend Rusty and Gateway Automotive.
