Sold broken car
Financed vehicle from here last 2 weeks before heading gasket blew. They fixed it under warranty then it blew again this time they charged me full price after telling me they were going to tell warranty company they were fixing transmission because they wont do a head gasket twice. Seems like they didn't do anything the first time so they could get paid for the work twice.

Thank you for your feedback, but this review is not accurate. You did not purchase a vehicle from GAA Auto Service. You brought in your Ford Escape after driving it while it was overheating, and you acknowledged that at the time. We diagnosed the issue, helped you file a warranty claim, and completed the repair.

Months later, the vehicle returned with a major oil leak that had never been repaired. You kept driving it with almost no oil, which caused the engine failure. The warranty company denied the claim due to neglect, not because of anything we did. This all happened more than two years ago.

It’s also worth mentioning that we allowed you to take the vehicle without paying the full balance, and it took you almost nine months to finish paying what you owed. We still worked with you the entire time.

Given all of that, leaving a negative review now isn’t just unfair,, it’s misleading, and it says more about your choices than our service.
