Emmanuel said he was disappointed about the visit. They diagnosed his vehicle and said the problem was the converter for the transmission, but he had recently had it replaced by another facility. The only reason he brought his vehicle there was because his regular mechanic was busy during the holidays and he needed to go on a trip. He ended up paying the $200 diagnostic fee and brought the vehicle back to his regular mechanic. There was a transmission problem and his check engine light keeps going coming on and off, so it's still not fixed but the problem wasn't the converter. They gave him the wrong diagnosis at this business.
