Pre-purchase inspection.
Customer service by Miguel was excellent. The pre-purchase inspection report was not as good as I expected. It needs more detailed descriptions and bigger photos. For items that need repair or attention a cost estimate should be included.

Engine light
After having the engine light appearing on my dashboard, I took my car to Ferguson's first thing the following morning. I was greeted my very friendly staff. I left the car and received a phone call about an hour later with the news that my car would fixed by the afternoon. The PCV valve was replaced and I drove home with the engine light no longer on. Thank you!

Fast and Professional service smog check for a busy garage!
Got the DMV smog check notice and rechecked previous service places that took good care of me - wife used AAA advice in '23 for Furgerson and complimented the experience.

I had not been there myself. Having old and new places, I stopped by one and drove by Furgerson and another. The other was clean but idle, so maybe that Furgerson had more activity, still some spare capacity, and memory of previous good service. I brought the DMV paper which speeds up the checkin. Troy found the previous record and gave a similar price, defying inflation! Since it was late Fri afternoon, rather than a possible long wait at end of day, I asked for "next week" and I would stay and wait. So I came today Tue about 8:15, though I was supposed to come Wednesday 7:45 (they open at 7 but they said this allows time for morning calibrations and a shorter wait), but the wait was short and all done in less than half an hour. I forgot a personal item and Troy saw it under a chair, recognized it, and phoned me quickly so I wasn't far.

Great experience
Troy was amazing throughout the whole process. He was very informed as to what had to be done with our car and did it in the most expedient way possible. He really went out of his way for us. we’ll be sure to go to Furgerson's in the future.
