I’m happy with their service overall, but usually my experience with them is that when you bring your vehicle in for inspection, they tell you there are multiple issues with your car. It’s hard to know what is really necessary, and you may end up paying a high amount. However, overall, they do a good job

Freeman’s to the rescue
A few days ago, I was hiking in Sterling Forest and my wife called on my cell phone. She had hit a pot hole and blown a tire. She had called AAA. By the time I got there, a Freeman’s tech had the tire changed and was about to leave. Fantastic service. Once I had the front tires replaced, I took the car to Freeman’s for an alignment. Sven got it in and done the next morning at a very friendly price. More great service. Freeman’s is the best.

Awesome group of people at Freeman’s Auto .
I had previously brought our company’s truck here and never an issue so decided to give my own truck a try . Had a full synthetic oil change , NYS inspection and a total front brake overhaul … Pads , Rotors , Calipers and a Full Brake fluid flush . The bill was high ( but so is everything today ) . But the Quality was great !

Flat tire repair
Had a flat and Sven took care of me. Ordered two new ones for the front and by afternoon it was done. This is the best place in town to get your car repaired. Quick, honest, and friendly. I’d recommend them to everyone.
