Poor communication from office
The reviews sound great, but maybe too good to be true.
Contacted Fradellas about bringing my car in for repairs. I submitted photos and no response after several days. I call again, send copy of estimate and I'm told I will get a follow up in a couple days. I call a couple days later and still no answers. I'm forwarded to another person who asks for photos. I send all photos 3 separate times and ways until I can get an answer about when I can bring my car in which is a month later. Why does it take 2 people and sending of my information 4 times to get a date? What a waste of time! If the office staff is incompetent then it makes me wonder about the people working on the cars.

Won't recommend.

I'm back on the road!!
I'm so glad I brought my vehicle to Fradella's when it started giving me problems. The staff was friendly and professional. They were able to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road in just two days. My truck is running great and they even washed it for me. ?

Charlotte said the repair was done really nicely. She stated there were some extra things to be done on the vehicle, but it was done within a day of the promised finish date, and it was fine.
