I was very happy with the service of Flagstaff Collision Center. I very much appreciated the communication before during and after. I was told what was going to happen, I was kept up-to-date with how things were going, and when finished I was given a summary of the work and a tour of the car. Top-notch!

Terrible Communication. 3 Months of Incompetence
I have never left a review in my life. Ever. But this is the worst experience I’ve had with a business. That is not an exaggeration. My estimator (Calvin) never communicated with me about the status of my car. I always had to hound him. One time their automated system told me the car would be ready 2/23. There was no other communication other than that. At this point that was 30 days after dropping the car off, so it seemed reasonable. I called off work. Started driving my rental the hour drive it takes for me to get there and pick up. Decided to call ahead and let them know I’m on the way. Only for him to tell me “oh we haven’t even ordered half your parts”. I was livid. No one bothered to even tell me. And then after this, it was two more months of awful communication and me hounding them. Every time I called, I would find out about some other error had (forgetting parts, faulty parts, a missing tech). One or two errors are forgivable, but three months worth is unacceptable. Even now, after picking up my car on 4/19, they still forgot some parts. Fortunately they are just aesthetic, but still, it’s ridiculous. I told them to just ship it to my house because I’m done dealing with them. I have lost thousands and thousands on rental cars this year because of their inability to fix my car. Truly an incompetent organization. Complaints have been filed to the BBB and the Arizona equivalent. Do not go here. Period.

Excellent customer service
Dean was an excellent evaluator. He was clear and precise. It was clear that because we had USAA car insurance that our vehicle was expedited through the process and we were grateful. The workmanship was very good.
The only recommendation, and this may not be the collision centers, responsibility, but the pick up time between my rental car and drop off of my vehicle was about an hour wait. That is not efficient service and could be improved. The rental company was enterprise.

Quality Service
I was not looking for an auto repair company when the need suddenly arose. Flagstaff Collision Center was recommended and now I know why. A hiccup at the start of repairs was resolved and my repairs were completed in a timely fashion. The repairs were perfection and the attention to details that were not directly related to the repairs, were impressive. No one wants to seek out an auto repair facility, but if needed, don't hesitate to patronize Flagstaff Collision Center

Excellent customer service
From dropping off my car for repair, to ordering a rental car, to dealing with the insurance company, and repairing my car, Flagstaff Collision's staff was knowlegable, friendly, and helpful. The repair looks like new!

Great repair shop
I'm super impressed with Flagstaff Collision Center as a whole. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely helpful, available, and communicative, and I'm super satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle. The only reason I couldn't give it five stars is because the completion of repairs on my vehicle was significantly delayed from the initial time estimates I was given.

Super impressed with the service at Flagstaff Collision Center! From start to finish, each employee was super courteous and helpful! I was kept informed of the status of my car and when to expect it to be ready. The exchange of rental car to and from Flagstaff Collision Center was really easy. I would definitely recommend them!

Great people doing a great job
I was very happy that I took my car to flagstaff collision center. They did a great jo. All the staff were helpful. I recommend them should anyone needs a repair.

In a time of confusion and worry this shop came through, especially during holidays and COVID. They were so polite and communicated through the whole process. I would recommend everyone to use flagstaff collision
