Dont waste your money or your insurances money
I was in a front end collision and my insurance sent me to this place and I wont ever return or recommend this company. When they called to make my appointment for me to DROP it off they gave me appointment for 11:30 but I was unavailable at that time so they gave me a 1:30. I called an hour after to try and move it to the 11:30 and the person said I could come at that time but I couldn't do a drop off. I declined and said I would keep the 1:30 then because I wanted to drop it off and not have to play the back and forth game. When I arrived for my appointment at 1:30pm they said they didn't have me scheduled for a drop off and gave me a hard time about dropping it off until I said if I don't do a drop off then I'm not doing an estimate. They agreed to let me do a drop off. I asked them to call enterprise (which should have already been done since it was suppose to be a drop off) and they delayed until after there estimate. So I ended up waiting a while for enterprise to get there. The next day I received a call from them telling me the total bill was only 1100.00 but nothing about what they are doing I said ok just let my insurance know. The following after noon I get the estimate in my email at 2:43pm of what they are doing and they have chosen not to replace my bumper or hood but to repair them for $1000.00 in labor. I was furious and called right away 3:30pm and explained I wanted a new hood. I was very concerned about my hood being strong enough to protect me, if I was to ever be in another collision. They argued and told me my car was already fixed and there was nothing I could do about it because when you drop your car off for an estimate and repairs they don't need your approval to do whatever they think needs to be done. I was out raged and asked how much was a new hood. They said $500. Really your charging my insurance a grand to repair these items and you could have replaced the hood for half. I knew then why, the profit margin on labor is probably huge! They make more money on fixing then replacing. I have never been more angry. I voiced my concerns and they said they could guarantee my hood would be just as strong as before. Explain to me how? All they care about is how much they can get. Because they then said I could buy my own hood and pay for them to paint and install it. Really? You want more money. Hell no! Never again. After this conversation and a huge fight with my insurance it still took 2-3 days to get my car back. They had said it was already done, just needed to be put back together and it took that long? I think they are liars. When I got my car it didn't look like I had been in an accident but it had a paint run which I pointed out and the ydid fix but treated me like I was just nit picking. Really? Rude. Never again. I pay a ton of money for my BMW I expect it to look fabulous.
