Feldman New Hudson
After saying I didn’t want the cars they showed me I was told I’d be Red flagged if I go to other dealerships. I initially went in for specific car that they didn’t have I guess it was in Ohio Carlot so I decided to look at other vehicles just to see if I’d like something else. I did like the trax because kind of looked like Buick I wanted. But wasn’t to sure on it then I was surrounded by general manager Patrick the sales manager Zach and salesman I was stealing with they told me I’d be red flagged and wouldn’t be able to purchase a vehicle so I felt pressured in on getting the vehicle. Soon as I drove on highway back home which was hour away I instantly regretted my purchase it drove horribly on highway. I tried taking it back 4 times had to keep driving up there and felt like they are just brushing me off without trying to work with me. A friend of mine told me take off warranty’s because they told me my payments would be 669 with 25% interest rate. But after seeing paperwork it came up to 760 so I talked to general manager because I don’t want to be a pest so I atleast asked him to take off warranty’s so it would drop price down, he told me would be back down to 669. So this last week they resent paperwork to sign now it’s saying 680 so I’m just over this all and want to take it back tomorrow. If anyone can help I’d greatly appreciate it on any info. I just want my money back and I’d never return to FEldman ever again and I’d be sure to tell everyone not to go through them. If I don’t get my down payment back
