Great service, communicated effectively, kept me informed.
My truck is a 2012 GMC, which quit running. After checking it out, they explained in complete detail what needed to be done. They kept me informed during whole process. Very courteous and honest.

Easy trip to the shop
Brought my truck in for misfire / check engine light and to have my AC checked out. Misfire was an easy fix with a top end tuneup, I opted out of the AC repairs for price. (Chevrolet puts their evap core on the firewall and it's a 20+hour job, not the shop's fault) My truck is running perfectly, my fuel mileage is up, and the shop checked in with me the following week to make sure all was good and to remind me of the parts/service warranty. Repairs were done quickly and everyone I spoke with was nice. Love supporting community businesses instead of big box stores!

Thanks for your help with OLD FAITHFUL
I was having issues with my old faithful. She started smoking and the belt was making a noise. Took her to this awesome shop and they determined it was a loose heater hose and the belt needed to be changed. I’ve had this vehicle since it had 7 miles on it, and it wouldn’t be in the condition if it’s wasn’t for FAMILY AUTO. AWESOME PEOPLES. LOYALITY AND HOSPITALITY ISN'T SEEN THESE DAYS. If you’ve got issues with your vehicle - take it to them. You won’t regret it.

Quick and professional.
My 2011 Mercedes ML 350 steering wheel lock. The technician explained what the problem was and how long the repairs would take. My vehicle was repaired. Technician called the next day to check to see if there were any problems. Excellent service.
