Professional, honest and on time.
I have used F&F before to do major work and they always do a good job. This time I had a truck that needed shocks replaced, and I was getting big estimates on parts from other shops. Mark helped me check the shocks to verify they needed replacement, everything else was ok. Unlike 2 other shops I got quotes from, Mark said it was ok to get the parts myself. The other shops would not allow this and charged 100% more for parts than I could buy them for online.
So I bought the shocks online and they were installed by F&F; now the truck rides much better. I recommend F&F.

Excellent work on my 4Runner
F&F Auto Clinic is a great company to do business with. They are honest and straight forward, and they will recommend only work that needs to be done, and they will also work to save you money in the process.

Robert is excellent!
Robert was able to diagnose and fixed the problem. He recommended different options which I really liked!

F&F not only fixed my air condition but also the stubborn dashboard lights disappeared.

Great all-around service
I was gotten-in within 2 weeks of making the appointment even tho I specified I only had one weekday off whereby which I could bring in my Honda for its oil change. I was accommodated on this one specific day of the week on short notice. They always get me my half synthetic oil without my asking. The price is 40% lower than my old mechanic was charging me.

Great experience as always
Oil service. Fix the A/C. Fix a clunk in the rear suspension. All done. Fast work and reasonably priced. Oh and they are nice people too!

Rats and Mice! Brutus survived!
The curse of all the nature around us; mice. In the truck heater. Argh. I tried F and F for the first time. I spoke with Mark, got a reasonable estimate. Not only resolve the issue, but take actions to prevent a reoccurrance. This was ugly, A good bit of work to access the heater, deal with the rodentia, protect the new heater motor. I did add a tune-up and a mystery issue that three previous garages over ten years couldn't resolve. OMG, these guys rock! Brutus is back, drives great, the mystery isdue solved! Major plus! And I'm a very happy camper. F and F are my vehicle peeps, forever. Thanks, guys!
