We’ve using Excel to take care of our cars for almost 20yrs, so I was super-interested (and a little scared) to see how the new owners/staff would do. I shouldn’t have been — obviously Jay sold his business to people like himself: high-integrity and really smart about cars. As always, a perfect job working on our 2009 Honda minivan, finished on-time and on-budget!
