Absolutely amazing!
This was by the far the best car repair experience I have EVER had. They were communicative throughout the whole process, upfront with costs, and the time it would take to get the car fixed. It was actually less than I expected both time and money wise. They also showed me the parts and gave me education on it as well when I picked up my car. The owner was also involved throughout the process as well and is very sweet, along with her daughter who operates the front office. Also when I picked up my car, and my friend who took me to pick it up, had a question about their car fluids, they took a quick look at their car as well just to make sure that it was okay.

As a woman, I have had such negative car repair experiences in the past, and the fact that they are woman owned it why I picked this place. i am telling all of my friends that live in the area to go here. And as long as I live in the area I will not be going anywhere else. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service experience
The mechanic service report provides great detail to help to make informed decisions about car. Rhonda and her daughter are excellent customer service ambassadors to explain mechanic report, in layman’s terms, and come up with car care plan. Have a sense of having mechanic partner to develop plan of future care and what needs to be completed first. No unnecessary upselling.

Oil change and check up
Evert automotive office people and mechanics are very nice and explain everything to my level of understanding. I watched and they treated every customer with such respect. Their prices are very reasonable and if you wait in their very nice waiting room; they complete what they promise in the time stated.

They made it easy
I initially took my car to another mechanic, who kept it for four days and tried to overcharge me for one of the services. I opted out of that service and brought it to Evert after seeing positive reviews online. They let me drop off my car after closing, and I got it back before closing the next day. The staff were helpful and informative, and my bill ended up being lower than the original quote. I really appreciated how they spoke to me, who knows nothing about cars, with respect and patience. My anxiety spikes with anything car related, but Evert made things easy to understand.

Vehicle inspection for used car purchase
These people are awesome. They communicate clearly and concisely about parts and procedures. They are friendly and you can tell that they are not just trying to get over on you. They are my favorite and now my only mechanic.
