Didn't fix te problem
Brought the car in for ABS light diagnosis and a/c refresh. $500 later and TWO WEEKS of having my car, the light is still on. Terrible communication with the customer. Nobody seems to know what is going on when you call or what has or hasn't been completed to the car. But the most infuriating part is the problem I brought it in for is still unresolved.

That's the worst place I ever took my car flyer and cheats
Took got 2 tire on car got road hazzard got nail in it went to get it fix set 2 hour first day had go back 2 day set 3 hour and then cost me 87 dollars to get a tire after paying them for road hazzard 4 months ago got 8 cars never go back to them layers and cheats

First Bad Experience
I was quoted a price by Michael and Corey of $282. They charged my wife $349 the day of. I understand there are often unforeseens, but they told her whoever quoted do the math wrong. The real issue is she sat there over two hours without a word on what was going on, even saw our Jeep go by the window once. The guy mopping the floor as they were locking up looked startled a customer was still there. We are loyal customers, have been for three years. I’m very disappointed

Very nice
I’m an out of state a college student with a pretty old car. I needed a car place around Richmond to help with car troubles. I came in told them my problems, they took a look and gave me a price sheet for free. Brought it in and they fixed everything that I asked for. No scamming involved. Had problems with power steering a week later, came in and they fixed it with no problems. Very nice place and honest people. Will be going here for the remainder of my time in KY. It’s nice to know not all car places are out to scam young women.

The BEST there is!
I have three cars...all about 20 years old. A Toyota Celica, a Toyota Tacoma, and a Nissan Pathfinder. Evans has kept all three vehicles running like new. The Celica has 278,000 miles...the others around 125,000 miles each.
In my lifetime, I have never found a more dependable, honest, and fair service center. They will bend over backwards to do whatever it takes. They will treat you fairly.
I have been going there for about 17 years. I am a very difficult customer to please. If these guys can please me, they can please anyone. They are the best.

Drop “and Auto” from the name
Evan’s Tire and Auto charged me almost $1000.00 to change a thermostat and radiator on a ‘96 Ford Cargo Van, and failed to tell me I had a blown head gasket and that was why my van was overheating to begin with; even after I told them, “it needs to be right, I don’t care how much time it takes or what you have to charge.”
After two extra days of waiting for them to “get it right,” I happily paid them, cash, and the van didn’t even make it home. It overheated not ten miles from the shop. After I finally got calmed down, I had a friend pull it home with a tow-dolly. It took 15 minutes for a 70 year- old man to tell me I had a blown head gasket and exhaust was pumping into the cooling system and blowing out my radiator and that someone had used gasket maker to try and seal a warped thermostat housing which did nothing but ruin a brand new thermostat (???) They really need to stick to changing tires. So now I have $200 worth of scrap metal sitting in my driveway. #ThanksEvansTireButNotAuto

We are very sorry that you are having problems, but when we called, you hung up on the owner, Mike. We would be more than happy to come to a resolution with the issue.We have been in business for a very long time and we didn't accomplish that by doing bad business. Warden said the vehicle still hasn't been fixed. He stated the bell cover gasket still leaked on that side. The staff put one on, and they pinched the other gasket. The service manager did give him a ride home and he appreciated that. The next day he got the vehicle back, he noticed it was still leaking, but it's not as bad as it was the first time.
