Simply "The Best"!
As my "go-to" European service center for now exactly 7 years, these guys never cease to amaze me with the comprehensive analysis, and of course the solutions this team implement to get a customer "back on the road".

I had a "needle in the haystack" issue that I doubt most service centers would attempt to solve ... they'd simply throw it into the "too hard" basket.

Derek the owner, took it on as a personal challenge and within an hour identified the problem, and had his exceptionally knowledgeable Service Manager Austin, order the necessary parts.

By later that day, my pesky problem was solved.

Analysis of my check engine light was superior.
Mechanic found that my battery failed the test as well as a failed gas leak valve from the code analysis. Well done!

Nice work helping me get my daughters car repaired
Escondido German Auto was recommended to me by an acquaintance that I know in the San Diego area. My daughter recently moved to the area and was having some issues with her vehicle. I live out of state and called Escondido German Auto based on the recommendation and they were able to take care of my daughter's vehicle while keeping us both informed. They even repaired the vehicle at a cost below the original estimate because as it turned out, they did not need to install one of the parts they thought they would. Seems very honest and professional and it is appreciated by my family!

Great Job as always
I've been a customer for years and as always, was very satisfied. During the course of the service , they found other issues and even had a loaner car available to make it work. Escondido German Auto continues to provide great service at a reasonable cost. They have proven their integrity over time and I will continue to rely on them in the future. Great Job!
