Great job fixing brake problem!
Our SUV, which is 2008, started having an issue with the antilock brakes and traction control (lights on dashboard were on). They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in one shot. They were upfront with the time to order the part in the beginning of the process. Before this, they had also done an excellent job on fixing my rear window. I would recommend Erv's to anyone.

Extremely Friendly & Welcoming
My husband dropped my van off in the morning for new breaks and an oil change. When we went to pick up, I was greeted by a big lumbering blonde with soulful eyes named Bud. He rubbed up against me and gave me a sweet little kiss on my nose. After spending a little time getting acquainted, out came a sleek raven haired beauty named Zona. She came right over and wound herself around me. After running my hands over her for a few minutes, she lead me into the service office so we could take care of our bill. Upon leaving Bud and Zona both gave me kisses goodbye.
Scott, Mike, & Jeffrey completed the work we needed done as well as fixing a tire pressure gauge (that has been broken for 2 years) that no one else was able to fix.

Honest Service
Took our truck in for repairs. They were very honest and upfront about what was needing done. They even showed us the old parts and why they needed replacing. We've been taking our vehicles here for years and won't go anywhere else.
