Made contact with Mike at the shop and explained what was going on with my VW GTI with a APR KO4 turbo and tune.
Went up to get this resolved and it wasn’t an easy or straightforward issue to get into.
Mike took his time, had to try a number of ways to get communicating with the ECU, which in the end required a very involved tech support call and walk through to get it resolved with APR on the phone.
Mike got it done. I’m hoping the issue is resolved but won’t know for sure until I get it on track.
