Awesome Customer Service and Repair
I was lucky to contact Ellis Motor Company! The owners are great! They helped me so much! Picked up my key to my car, met wrecker driver, fixed my trouble! Picked me up at home and I was on my way in 48 hours!! Thank you!

2002 Chevrolet silverado1500 RH lower control arm replacement
I just got my RH lower control arm replaced by Ellis in Chandler, TX. The grease Nipper to ball joint wasn't installed and their was only one bolt installed on the shock that bolts to control arm. I won't be taking my stuff back to them. Not even to fix what they forgot to install. No I didn't contact the garage because this is ridiculous that I'm going to In stall what they forgot to put on.

I think they did a great job when I brought my truck in for what I thought would be a minor repair and found a major problem that would have caused more problems. I was shown the problem that occurred and went with their recommendation. They were able to find a used replacement part (complete rear end assembly) and got it installed as soon as they received it.

Made my appointment . Confirmed problem, ask for approval to do the job. They then completed the repairs as stated at the price quoted...
You can't always get that kind of service any more!!! They want your business and they always show you they care....
