Amazing work, but plan on it taking forever
Eli’s is an amazing shop from the standpoint of quality and attention to detail. This is my second time having repairs done by them. The time frame in which the work was completed has me rethinking if this is where I’ll return my vehicle to on the next occasion. Both repairs took in excess of six months. Twice the timeframe quoted on both occasions.

Thank you for your feedback; we are beyond appreciative when valuable customers like yourself take their valuable time to let us know how we can improve to provide you better service. We of course apologize that it took 5 months to return your vehicle.  Specifically in your case, and given the climate we find ourselves in, it is not uncommon to experience extended repair timelines due to parts delays.  As you noted, Eli’s estimates tend to be longer than other shops as we work to rigorous manufacturer standards, maintaining strict quality control procedures and using only manufacturer mandated parts.  While supply chain challenges continue to correct, we unfortunately still see manufacturer-related lags of up to 6 weeks or more, which can result in an original estimate of 3 months extending to 4.5 or beyond. However, you clearly recognize the difference in quality, which we believe should always take precedence over speed.  We do hope that you will continue to consider Eli’s your go-to shop for any of your collision repair needs and want you to know that our concern for your vehicle extends past the time it is spent with us.  Please feel free to stop by either of our  locations for a hand  wash and wax  any time, on us!
