Employee on August 27 & 28 being mean to me about fixing the tire he close the shop early 6:40pm I was ringing the bell he comes out and refuse to help with the tire because the door was closed. He yells to me to go to the gas station we are closed. I really couldn't make it to the gas station and had to wait to morning to drive around the corner (that's how far I made it on the rim) He was there again and his whole demeanor was bad. He spoke to me with such discontent do you want a new tire or repair it. I said aren't you suppose to assess the situation before me making a decision and he repeated it again and said it $120 for a new one remember that! Whaaat?! he said forget and repaired the tire and said there is no guarantee and I a said there is no guarantee in life. He was fixing the tire and I was ready to pay, I had to work. He said no charge and walk straight to the back of the tire shop and never turned around or nothing. He was clearly upset about something. That kind of service I will not come back if he is there for sure.
