Great Service, Nice People
This was my first time using East Vancouver Automotive, and I was very impressed. I called two other shops first for help fixing a driver-side power window that had abruptly stopped working (stuck halfway open in the middle of winter!) and they both said they couldn’t help me. East Vancouver Automotive immediately said yes, no problem.

They gave me two options for repairs at different price points and completed the work within a few days (it only took that long because they had to order a used part for my now-discontinued 2004 Toyota Matrix). The also completed a full inspection of my car and gave me a list of future repairs to consider but did not pressure me at all to get them done.

The cost for the repair was not cheap but it was fair considering how expensive everything is nowadays.

The staff person I worked with was super nice, didn’t make me feel talked down to, and explained everything clearly.

They will be my go-to for any future problems and I highly recommend them.
