First time encounter (98 Dakota w/ "gremlins")
Percy and his team are responsive, respectful, and informative. They listen, and have proven to take a solid approach to diagnostics on a very difficult no-codes intermittent vehicle fail. The truck is definitely getting better, and they are still working the bugs out to my satisfaction (customer response and attitude are excellent). My experience with them has been top-notch, and I will suggest them to others for repair and service.
