I took my car to somewhere else, because it was overheating. They told me I needed a whole new tank, I took it to Duran for another opinion, and turned out it had a crack in the over flow, he replaced it, and it has not overheated since. I definaitly recommend them.

Wish I could give more stars,
Joe, is without a doubt the most honest, and kind mechanic you could ever find. I was in a hurry to get my car fixed, and Joe, was not available for a couple weeks, so against my best judgement I took it to another mechanic. Who did not fix what was wrong, in fact it was overheating all of the time after I left the shop, I had paid that guy $600, and when I brought it back to him he wanted another $300, to fix what he was already suppose to fix the first time. I told him no thank you, and asked Joe to help me. I recently fought Cancer, and am currently fighting scoliosis, and joint disease, so I have not been able to work, and had to get a lone. Joe was so kind, and did not charge me for fixing it, now it is not overheating. I cried leaving his shop feeling so overwhelmed by his generosity, I no that if you are looking for a mechanic with a heart, who cares about his customers, then this is the place to go. Thank you, Joe you are the best, I am forever grateful.

Durans is a great shop. They do great work in timely fashion. Prices are reasonable for the times we are in. Joe and his staff are friendly, and professional. We have had multiple trucks repaired there. With great results. Highly recommend.

After my experience with Duran Truck and Auto I will be bringing all my future vehicles here.
When a different shop really tried to take me I thankfully decided to get a second opinion and chose Duran and found out from them that the engine was shot and there was NO WAY the other mechanic didn't know how potentially dangerous it was to drive the car, an Expedition which I mainly drive on the highway/freeway.
They didn't even want to work on it because it would be pretty pointless considering all that was wrong with the engine; all the sparkplugs, the timing chain, the solenoids and something deep in the engine softly knocking like a loose rod.
Thank you Duran for being such amazing people!

I have been using Durans Truck and Auto about 5 years. I have found Joe Duran to be honest, trustworthy and a good mechanic. He has helped me when I was in a bind and treats me like family. I am a single senior woman and Joe takes good care of me and my car. He replaced an engine foe me and replaced that engine on warranty when he found subtle problems only a skilled and caring mechanic would notice. I highly recommend this business.
