We did a lot of research before going to any dealerships, but after checking out 8 in the Roanoke and NRV, we settled on Duncan and I’m glad we did. Once we picked the Sonata and the right trim, the rest of the process went smoothly. The sales team was easy to work with and we had the fewest number of “hard sells” for add-on’s at the end of a new car buying experience that I’ve ever experienced before. I’m really hoping they stay independent if possible because I know how well we’ve been treated.
