If you’re tired of being upsold, & want to be treated like a friend, you should be taking your vehicle to Dressel’s. Nick, Dina and the staff there are the only people I trust with my car., Honest, friendly, and the lowest prices possible, what more could you ask for?

helpful & efficient
Staff made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed before completing work. I also liked being able to make an appointment online and having access to my service history afterwards.

The are a great group of people. Very professional. I had an oil change done, and I told them about an issue I might be having and they checked it out and everything was good. You couldn't go wrong in your dealings with Dressel's.

Great local garage
We moved to Granby in 2020, started using Dressel’s because of the great things we heard. They have lived up to the reputation. Friendly, family owned, extremely honest, and fair prices. Couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend to anyone.

Unexpectedly Wonderful Experience
My wife and I recently called Dressels to schedule a timing belt, oil change, brake flush and spark plugs. Not only were they EXTREMELY nice on the phone, professional and provided a family feel, they did the work in a timely manner. Sometimes we feel locally owned can present its own challenges, but absolutely not in this case. Our experience was so good that we will be returning for all of our cars needs. They accidently made a mistake with adding filters when we were going to do that ourselves and they didn’t even hesitate to correct everything-it was SOOOOO nice to deal with humans and not just workers pushing you through the production line. Genuinely cared and you can tell they care about their customers!! Thank you isn’t even enough!!

Great service
As always, great service was given by Dressels service station. I'm going to Dressels's for about 36 years. Ever since I got my license in my car, Nicholas has been fixing my car for about 34 years. I have never been wronged by Nicholas or by Dressels. I send as many people as I can there because I know they're gonna get an honest job with an honest bill and that they won't have the same problem coming back over and over again.

Trustworthy and Caring
When my 2007 Toyota Avalon was due for spark plugs I initially thought the estimate was too high. I learned that the job was actually pretty substantial because the plugs in the back are difficult to get at and the intake manifold needs to be removed for access to them. Well Nick came through as always and did the job awesomely and it was over $100 less than estimated. I really appreciate the great care and equally great customer service I get at Dressel’s. My daughter calls Nick the car surgeon. Also it’s worth mentioning that Dina has great customer care skills and the whole team at Dressel’s is committed to their customer’s safety and really try very hard to make sure the cost is kept as low as possible. These days that is very important.
