You want a high technical expertise to work on your vehicles and not taking to a dealership. Please, take it to the people you know well Doug’ Garage in Benton. Him and his team will have a free cup of coffee, sometimes some fresh pastries, if his team doesn’t eat them all. LOL Got to a place that puts you first, then car and bill later. I have been going to Doug’s Garage for 8 years and haven’t walked away.

winter tire switchover.

Unable to complete on first visit /w lug nut issues. they ordered replacement lugs, rescheduled in timely manor and completed with no issues. not charged for first visit on tire switchover. All Good as always. Wife's SUV next week for tire switchover. See you they J.P.

Quick Friendly Service

Every time I have called about something wrong with my vehicle JP has gotten me in right away so he could have it looked at to see what is wrong and to make sure it is safe to drive until he can get the part(s) ordered and get it repaired. He understands that I drive my vehicle a lot of miles every day for my job and I cannot be without it any longer then absolutely necessary. He always explains what is going on with it so that I can understand. The work has always been done well and in a timely manner. I would definitely refer this business to all my family and friends.

Oil change

I made the appointment for oil changed on my 2013 Hyun Elantra. JD is the person as well the owner who are just part of the family. If you need something done. They try to get your car back on the road as soon as possible. This isn’t a place that you see your car again. It’s different. They take care of their customers and friends and family members. Today, Fri August 4th took the car in and a customer came in as i was seated waiting for my car to be done. The gentleman came and complained that radiator busted open but was able to park his vehicle and trailer with a camper attached next door business lot. JD mentioned I couldn’t do it, right now, but i might have another person who can work on it over the weekend or Monday. JD gave the gentleman a BC and he walked out the Doug’s garage. Not sure The customer will take JD advice or not. But in either way. JD will get this gentleman car up and running either Saturday or Monday evening. I want and always want the team of Doug’s garage to work on my car. They are honest team and respectful team and humble people

Thorough assessment

I believe it was TJ who talked to me on the phone, got me in the same day, and then did a thorough check of my car so that I could feel confident driving to Canada after hearing an odd sound. He gave me the green light, told me what I'd need to fix in the future, all with no charge!

I have said this the past. If, you gave a problem or problems with Vehicles. Doug’s Garage is the Best garage who been taken care of my vehicles fir many years. They are fair and very honest, as well understand your problems and solve the problem or problems in short time. Their staff is very well intelligent and witty and humorous but seriously who handle your vehicle with kindness and compassion. Prices might be going up do to inflation, but Having Doug’s Garage team fair in their prices. For now going on 7 years we been trusting Doug’s Garage nearly any machine we have. Doug has mentioned before. If you never been to Doug’s Garage, they will treat you like family., You get a free cup of coffee, TV shows, fir Free and the AC and heater in the waiting room is cozy can be. You just cannot beat that service anywhere else. Except Doug’s Garage. Thank you Doug and your team

Great shop, I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else

I went in to get a new tire after I mine had been punctured by a pointy Little Rock, they told me they could a patch job and they saved me so much money, they also did some other checks and even fixed my fender that had popped out for free. They seem like a great team and a great place.
