Although I arrived early, they went to work right away and fixed everything: battery diagnostic and replacement, tire diagnostic and repair and oil/filter change.

Recent Repair
You guys were honorable in fixing a previous repair and took the time to explain the issues.
I love the new customer area, as I can't always get a ride to drop off my car. But the WiFi was very difficult to stay connected to, which could be an issue if someone is planning on working while waiting.
I finally had to give up.

how was scolded?
The man who talked with me on the phone was rude and talked to me like I was 12. He scolded me for talking to my warranty company. I’m not a professional. I shouldn’t have said anything. I was told to call them by the lien order. Is that how you treat your customers? Awful unprofessional.
