My passenger window was shattered and they could not replace it for a few days. They were nice enough to clean up all the glass that was literally everywhere and tape up my window, which was awesome. I would recommend Don's Mobile always... Thanks KIM

The customer service representative behind the desk performed all the required tasks and helped me contact my insurance real-time to open a claim for a chip repair. Maybe it was toward the end of the day, but there was a mechanical demeanor throughout the experience that lacked warmth and expressiveness that an exceptional customer service representative would display.
