Charged for a list of the problems I said I was having, no answers.
After waiting for the car I received a printout of the problems I reported when I arrived. I already knew the front shock mounts especially the passenger side were worn out. I had already stared at the dash lights which were the reason I brought the car for diagnosis to start with as I was led to believe I would get. They did confirm the clunking noise I had been trying to pin down for sure was the right strut mount as I mentioned. I appreciate that. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and we had a nice talk when I dropped the car off and when I picked up. What I asked for was a list of components were in fact faulty but as I said it was my list of problems without solutions that I ended up paying $180.75. I left running on empty with the feeling that I had just wasted a lot of money. You wanted the truth. Howard Markley

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else!
Donnie's Auto Repair is a life saver. I brought my 2015 Mercedes Benz to them after going around and around with the Mercedes dealership's repair shop. The dealership ended up messing my vehicle up more and could not figure out what was wrong. The dealership wanted to charge $1,000 to do exploratory work to find the issue. The dealership had my vehicle for nearly two weeks with no resolution, so I got it towed to Donnie's and within two days, the technician called me and informed me they figured out the problem and would start the repairs once the parts came in. Their communication was amazing and the entire staff was so respectful and pleasant. I picked my car up two days after the parts came in, and my car is running amazing. I will never take my car anywhere else!!
